Had my weigh in today - 5 months and 1 day since my initial one - where has the time gone. Thankfully, that is not the only thing gone - I have lost a total of 30 lbs and 24 inches - OMG!! 10 inches off my hips alone.

Then I went to the local family restuarant to get dinner for family (salad for myself) and the owner says I looked fantastic. I don't even know him and only go in there occasionally. Made my day!!

good job on losing 30 lbs - I am sure you feel so much lighter and just better!

That 5 months was going to go by anyways - what a great choice to join Jenny and see what can happen.

Great Job. Congrats! You inspire me. I am in my 3rd month on the plan and down 17 lbs. Isn't it the best when someone notices that you have lost weight.
