Since joining JC seven months ago, I have received one special offer since joining.
I think discounts or special offers would be a nice welcome for in centre clients.
Any thoughts on this?

Not referrals, I referred 3 but never got those discounts!

When I started back in 2009, I'd receive coupons via email several times a year. Even free dessert on my b-day. Haven't seen any coupons in a long time. I think these went away just like the lifetime Rewards program.
