I also mix some plain Greek yogurt with fresh salsa for a creamy condiment, and I don't usually add the cheese.

oh no didn't waste the chips, put them the toaster oven and added them to my husbands dinner!! he loved them.

OMG, I just need to breathe, you gave the chips to your husband????? I love the chips, main reason I order the fish and chips. That would have killed me

I like to replace potatoes too (chips..whatever.. LOL) This is what I got from "Ask the dietitian"
Potatoes from Fish and Chips= 2 Starches and approximately 160 calories.
So you can save quite a bit replacing the potatoes.

Jules, I think your JCC would be OK if you ate this three times a week. It's one of the lower cal dinners!

I am mad at myself for waiting almost 9 long weeks to finally try them!
The first time I took them out of the package I thought "uh oh... look how tiny..."
But I find them so filling! And I don't do a thing to them except add some black pepper to the fries.
