well day 1 I felt great but day 2 was horrible. I felt week and hungry all day but I still stuck to it. The food is soooo good, I just hope I can get use to the portion sizes. I was eating so much before so I know it will take time to get use to it

You're exactly right...it will take time to get adjusted to NORMAL portions. It took me a few days to get used to them too, but be rest assured you will, and you feel SO much better in the long run.

Remember.....Skinny feels better than ANY food taste! wink.gif

load up on the non starchy veggies!!! and drink lots of water! Both of those will help fill your belly without effing up your diet! biggrin.gif
