I'm gonna need alot of help here.... I've re-joined 2 weeks ago - lost only 2 1/2 lbs so far - but must admit that I wasn't true to the program... This week I am determined to stick to the program 100%. I did OK last year when I joined losing 20 lbs - but just could not lose the final 10 - and sort of gave up. Luckily I did not gain back my entire weight loss (gained 12 back - still down 8)....

I'd love to have someone from the NYC area to buddy-up with me--- I do believe support plays a huge factor in staying on track.

Wishing everyone good luck on their journey!!
Rita

Hi, I'm calling myself lost it. I lost all but 5 pounds about 4 months ago and held onto that thru the holidays. then I decided that my old excuses fit. My job is stressful, my life is stressful and i found that i could keep it together for breakfeast and lunch but needed a glass of wine with dinner and to be frank who the **** cares about dinner all i want is a glass of wine and a sandwhich. this has gone on for week after week. so when do i get back on track and how do i go to where i dreamed and not just say i'm satisfied. Let's go back to sqaure one together what do you say....

Hey there "lost it" haha -(great name)... I lost 2 lbs wehn I weighed myself on Tuesday morning - but lo and behold weighed myself this morning and the 2 came rolling back!! OK - granted I did cheat somewhat - but def not to warrant gaining back those precious 2 lbs. Finally I was under 170!! I was 168 and thought that I finally was back on track - I did not expect to lose any weight since Tuesday - but to put pack the 2 that I Lost!!! HORRORS. I will not let this get me off track - I was great today - I'm know for sure though, that I def need to exercise more - commuting back and forth from bklyn to manhattan is not considered exercise LOL. So, here we go again.... How'd you do? We can't give up rolleyes.gif

rolleyes.gif I am Jennifer and have been in for a year! 5,000 $ later, I am slipping again! ugh! I was originally 235 and got to 187 but am back at 196 and struggling! I live in Rochester, NY but an from Manhatten originally! I would love to keep on chatting! My problem is weekend dining out and drinking to deal with the stress of a second divorce. I am a teacher in a poverty school district, but I have a PhD. and a great new boyfriend and 2 kids ages, 12 and 13. Tell me about yourself!
