Well, if you really need to lose this weight then get with the program. Nobody can do it for you!! Now quit worrying what your friends are eating...walk away from the temptations. You can do this. Maybe you wont hit your 135 to 140 goal by June but that is ok, even 10 pounds or 20 pounds less will make you that much healthier. You are young and you really need to figure out what will work for you now. I don't think you want to go through a lifetime of weight issues...
NO MORE CHEATING!! Have faith in yourself!

As a person who has lived life fighting my weight, I promise you that you want to get it off NOW!!! As each year goes by, it will get harder and harder to break your bad habits, and your metabolism will continue to slow down each year with age.
Fight your temptations. Mind over matter. Get yourself in an exercise program where you have ACCOUNTABILITY for showing up and meeting someone at a specific day and time. JOIN YOUR HIGH SCHOOL CROSS COUNTRY / TRACK TEAM -- running is the best possible exercise and just about every track team will let you be on it as long as you want to be and as long as you try (i.e. you don't have to "make the team"). Running track in HS was the ONLY thing that kept my weight under control during those years -- and my weight ballooned in college when I stopped running.
View ANY progress as progress. Each .2 lbs off is another .2 lbs off. Take it day by day, week by week. Actually, now that I think about it, you remind me a lot of that curly-haired girl on Biggest Loser. She is very young, and she has A LOT of weight to lose (400+ pounds) -- and although that can easily overwhelm anyone, she is perfectly happy taking it pound by pound. Any loss is a success.

PROGRESS TO GOAL SINCE I RESTARTED JC ON 2/13/11

Hi my name's Kierstin, and I have been on JC for about 1 month and 3 weeks. My goal weight is around 130 pounds, and I am 15 too. I would love to be your buddy, so far I have lost about 18 pounds, and would love to help you. The biggest thing to remember is eat everything on your JC menu, and if you cheat your only cheating yourself. If you want to be email buddies, just let me know and I'll give you my email
