I can hear you're frustrated in your post and I understand. I alway think back to when I first began JC, my JCC told me that they had a client in a wheelchair who didn't do any exercise at all and still lost 35 just by eating the food on the program. I am not saying you should not get any exercise in at all but I am telling you that you are off to a great start and the exercise will come in time. you will start feeling better and have more energy and then WANT to start moving, and maybe by then things will slow down a little in your life and allow you to

You are getting more exercise in than I am and I walk the treadmill every day. Just walking the halls at school, carrying books, and working is lots of exercise so don't worry if you can't squeeze in a half hour on the treadmill.
You are young, the weight comes off a bit quicker than it does for us old folks. Besides 10 pounds in 6 weeks is fantastic!!
