I need help...I keep worrying/crying that I wont lose my belly fat because I don't have anytime to exercise...I go to a private school and they pile hw like crazy..i'm doing a research project right now...im extremely tired..i work every single day even on weekends till 1 am. I want a break haha and time for my self..I need help getting my confidence back...its my six week. I only lost 10 pounds :0

oh 10 pounds is GREAT!!! you should be very proud of that.
I can hear you're frustrated in your post and I understand. I alway think back to when I first began JC, my JCC told me that they had a client in a wheelchair who didn't do any exercise at all and still lost 35 just by eating the food on the program. I am not saying you should not get any exercise in at all but I am telling you that you are off to a great start and the exercise will come in time. you will start feeling better and have more energy and then WANT to start moving, and maybe by then things will slow down a little in your life and allow you to smile.gif Hang in there and keep up the food for sure.

Congrats on losing 10 pounds! That is great! Dont' worry about the time frame it takes to lose it...it has taken me 16 weeks to lose 12 pounds. You will lose weight by just following the diet plan, and it sounds like you have a pretty busy/active life. Maybe put on a pedometer and see how many steps you are taking, it's probably over 10,000 and that might help you to see that you are doing something to stay active. But, make sure that you are honest with yourself about what you are eating. If you are cheating a little here and there it will slow down your progress.

You are getting more exercise in than I am and I walk the treadmill every day. Just walking the halls at school, carrying books, and working is lots of exercise so don't worry if you can't squeeze in a half hour on the treadmill.

You are young, the weight comes off a bit quicker than it does for us old folks. Besides 10 pounds in 6 weeks is fantastic!!
