HELP!!!!

I was on the right path up until Christmas and then it was all down hill. I was 5 pounds away from my goal and now I am 15 away. I just can't seem to focus and I am picking when I know full well I shouldn't be. I am starting not to like what I see in the mirror again. Its so easy to gain weight and so hard to lose. I know part of this is that I am mad at myself!! I am wearing the bodymedia band and still cheating!!! HELP

Oh, that is a way bummer, the holidays got you. Are you doing MOMO's or are you on Jenny full time? I would go back on Jenny full time until you get back in the groove. Didn't it feel great to fit into those smaller clothes? You could always come and post here and we can give ya a swift kick in the toosh!!

Think Summer, you want to get into that bathing suit and those skimpy shorts...you still have plenty of time to get there so lets do it!!!

To build on what was said - I'm on JC personalized menu. I know that if I needed to get back on track, I'd do a week of the preplanned menu and tell myself for just one week, I don't get choices. I follow the plan. Get back to the basics.

I'm 5 pounds from goal and am finding that I'm thinking it's ok to add back in a nibble here and there and it won't hurt. I KNOW BETTER! But it's just so stinking nice to see what I see in the mirror, which makes me happier...which means I want to eat.

Try to tell yourself that you are not depriving yourself of food being on this program...that you are depriving yourself of the person you want to be by undermining your weight loss goals by not making good decisions for yourself when you stray.

Also, I find that I have to pair my foods with veggies & fruit each time that I eat. It makes things taste better and fills me up so much more.

Christmas got me too! I am hoping that this next weigh in I will be back to what I was...and here it is 3 months after the holidays!

You can do it! I found that I snack more and so I decided to try S E N S A to curb the cravings/make me feel fuller faster. I'm on my second week and it does seem to work, although I haven't been on it long enough to say for certain. I am still on JC, I just figured it would help me not cheat. I have cheated less but I'm not fully reformed!

You can also kick up your exercise. I don't lose unless I exercise. I now have a friend who walks with me 2 days a week and I go by myself 2x. smile.gif
