Day 2 and I have not been hungry yet.... Can't wait til my armband comes in...will force me to move for. I am surprised, but the food has been great -- although only 2 days smile.gif
Any tips for a newbie?

You are so right, the food is great. Even after a yr I still love it.

I dont have any long drawn out page of advice, only 3 simple things: Eat what is on your menu only, drink your water, and exercise. If you do those 3 things YOU WILL LOSE!!!!
