Keep up the good work. Which rhythms did you learn today? Merengue, cha cha, salsa???? It's so much fun.

I do it once a week and enjoy every minute of it. You sweat and have fun at the same time. Great combination!!!

Don't be afraid to try Zumba! No one will care what you look like, what you do, or even what direction you're turning, as long as you have fun. As a Zumba instructor, I can assure you that our only concern is that you have a safe and fun workout. We don't care if you modify steps on purpose or by accident
Just move and enjoy. It will take a couple of classes to catch on to your instructor's steps, but EVERYONE has been there so there is absolutely NO judgement on your skill level. Trust me!
Depending on your fitness level now, you could probably choose between a Gold clas and a Basic class. Gold will be slower paced than our regular Zumba classes. Don't look for Basic in any of the titles, those will be called simply... Zumba Fitness, or some variation of that.
Jump in! And if you don't fit with that class, try another instructor. We are all different and only want to help you get your workout in. It won't feel like a workout at all, it will be too much fun.
