I am just wrapping up week 2 on JC. After week 1 I lost albs. I did intense workouts at least 4 days that week. Since then I have been incredibly exhausted and not made it to work out. I don't usually feel this tired and am wondering if it has anything to do with the change in diet. I am hypothyroid and on medication, I also have been taking vitamin supplements and haven't veered off the program at all. Anyone else feel this way in week 2 or near the beginning? If so, did you find anything that helped?

Looking Great,

I am having the same thing! Well, I mean as far as being exhausted, I am not on any medication. I am just completely exhausted! My JCC already moved my calorie level up to 1500, but my problem is that I work a VERY active job and I am not able to reduce my activity level(unless I want to quit my job!). On some nights I will burn up towards 800 calories. I am SO fatigued and I'm not sure what to do. I am currently about to begin my 2nd week, WI tomorrow, but this is not going to be sustainable to me, my house is a complete wreck because I don't even have the energy to go to work much less clean the house. I have left work early two nights so far this week from being so drained.

I realize that we are not in the exact same boat, but I would so LOVE to hear how you dealt with this. I am really struggling to do this right now and would love to hear how you got through it.

Thanks,
Stephanie

You might be pushing yourself a little hard - sometimes it's better to ease into an exercise routine. I was pretty exausted my first few weeks on JC - I wanted to crawl under my desk for a nap at work!! It took my body a while to get used to low-cal, but I feel great now. Good luck!! smile.gif
