Why Can I not access meal planner?

I entered my center number and account number but it says my information does not match what is in the system....

That happened to me, also. I couldn't access 'ETools'. I just called my Centre and they got me up and running. It was frustrating because I was entering my correct info. Come to find out, they had to add one number to the beginning of my account number?? Call your Centre.

Same problems here....I called my center and they referred me to call tech services, but i can't because i'm at work. I am very frustrated because I want to plan my menu for my Jenny meeting tonight, and the website keeps sending me in circles and wants me to sign up for an automatic call back from a jenny sales person. Why would I want that when I'm seeing my counselor tonight??!? I am just trying to get to the menu planner so that I can be prepared with my order for tonight. So I emailed tech support, since i can't be on the phone discussing this while at work, and the auto-reply was "we'll get back to you in 48 hours" Gee that's a long time it seems -- wonder how long I would be on hold if I called?
I don't mean to be a customerzilla -- I am just SO frustrated-- I counted on this working! becuase i have used the etools many many times in the past, and all of a sudden it says I'm not an active members. I am very MUCH an active member thankyouverymuch!

I understand your frustration. They recently revamped the entire website and now many (most) of the links aren't working. No one is sure why they released the new site until all the kinks were worked out but you're not alone in being disappointed that you can't access certain pages.

I was able to access the menus and even entered a new menu. What type of PC are you using? What browser are you using? Try going to the menu page and then pressing CRTL (on your keyboard) and the refresh button on you browser at the same time. That does a hard refresh and makes sure you have the updated page.

When you hit menu planner in the tools section it keep many back to the get a call back to join page. Already logged it etc. Look like this problem has been going on for some time without being addressed. Is this a sign of things to come. I find this an important part of the program to plan my meals.
I tried on a Mac and a PC with Firefox and Explorer.
IS there a tech support contact number?

You can post your question on the ASK THE WEBMASTER forum. Someone will write on the boards and answer in a day or two. Try to be as specific as possible to get the best answer. :)
