I would suggest that when the PTB's read our postings on food suggestions/comments, program suggestions/comments, etc., they could highlight that they've read our postings and if there is a meeting, come back and flag the post with the results of the meeting. No offense, but this site is not too terribly busy, so to return and update a posting with the PTB's ideas, concerns or solutions would be a great customer service tool.
I have emailed customer service and as expected, I get the typical auto-reply email thanking me for my input or suggestion but I never hear whether anything was done with the inquiry/suggestion/complaint.
Enter the Forum where JC encourages clients to post their experiences... but do you-all really read them?
