Thanks ladies!! I so appreciate the support. This past week was a rough one. Didn't get my water in and my snacks. I know stupid especially since we realized that was hurting me by not getting those in. sad.gif I was so happy to see that 141 on the scale and now I have probably lost that..well gained you know.

Little discouraged but to no fault of my own.

Well I gained 1 lb .... I'm actually happy with that (reason coming) I looked back at everything I excerised and met my calorie burn goal of 2200 or more every day but granted not my food only 1000 calories or less a day. So I understand why I didn't loose, but now I realized it is TOM (lol how can anyone forget that it is coming) I'm so watching everything else forgot to watch calendar so 1 lbs gain is good for me usually ends up being 2 or 3 lbs of gain that week. So hopefully next week is good then striving for 2 lbs or 3 lbs loss.

I have watched all week and getting my 1300 calories of food and burning around 2150 to 2200 calories everyday. Shovelin snow WOW what a difference lol. I have stepped up and started using weights again. so that could hold me back next week with water retention too but really striving. It is a big goal but shooting for 2lb loss every week. Would like to be 130 when I turn 38 on March 12!!

Thanks for listening Melissa and reddyrawks!!!

Well good for you Leslie. You have such a positive spirit and a great way at looking at things.

I would say 1 lb is good too.....as opposed to 3-4 that I gain w/TOM.....ugh.

I bet you will have a good loss next week.

I'm 38 also (November) and would like to see the 130's again. I am 1/2 way and trying to not let the second half take as long as the first half.

Love your positive attitude. That is contagious I am sure.

Good luck on your goals, I'll be keeping and eye on you.
