I would say just take it one day at a time. Dont try to read ALL ur materials all at once, a little at a time.....that way you can process the info without feeling overwhelmed.
Lastly, CHILLAX!!!!... Jenny has already done all the thinking for you and all you have to do is eat what is on ur menu, drink ur water and get to moving......thats it!!! Its a very simple plan....it works when followed as intended.

Hi Michelle,
I am newbie to the program, just finished my first week, and I came across your post. One thing that has been helping me get through not eating the food my mom prepares in the house is to eat a JC meal similar to what she is eating. For example my mom cooked spaghetti and meatballs for dinner, I heated my JC spaghetti and meatballs put it on a plate with a lot of salad and I was no longer craving her food because I had the same thing, just a healthier portioned version! Hope this helps and good luck
