Hello everyone!

I'm trying to access etools and have paid for Jenny Craig for a year. I have a client and center number; but when I put them in, it says it is incorrect.

Help!

Mine did the same thing, I ended up having to input another email that I have and sign up for e-tools again with my center number and client number. Hope that works for you!
