Weight Loss Ticker

I have noticed in the past few weeks that a good (and kind of silly) motivator for me is being able to leave my JC consultation knowing that if I have lost weight I get to change my weight loss ticker in my signature. I also like to add it to the tracker in the eTools section. It just makes me so happy to watch the ticker move farther towards my goal and watch my graph continue to drop!

Seeing my ticker say I've lost 10 pounds is so satisfying! biggrin.gif

Its like a right of passage.......getting to move the ticker just feels soooooo exhilerating rolleyes.gif

I hope you enjoy the ticker as much as the 2 of us do! It really gives me inspiration to hit the gym more!

As a side note, I think I might have finally gotten over my gym-hating slump. I'm finally starting to see small results and it is making me want to see more. The gym is slowly becoming a friend of mine because of that. I haven't felt this good about myself in a long time!!

Good for you girl! It can be addicting and rewarding working out.....esspecially when you see results.
