Hi everyone! So i am new to all this... and so far not sure. I was supposed to get my first order on Tuesday, and i was told they will just leave it on the door step if i not home. I left a note on my door to leave it if i wasn't there. well, it didn't come. so my consultant called for our appointment, and i told her that. she checked into it, and then said they would come back today. needless to say, after i got out of the shower i found a sticky note on my door from ups, i missed them, and again they never left it. So now tomorrow is Rememberance Day, i think i am out of luck there too. Does anyone have any suggestions, as i really want to get started but nothing is happening!!! errrrrr

Welcome Terrysweething!!!!! So sorry for your understandable frustration.

I suggest calling 1-800-jennycare. This really is unacceptable. They are open 24 hrs I believe, so please give them a ring......you should get some help there.
