Hey all,

Very excited to weigh in tonight after the first week with Jenny. I am feeling great. Weight aside I am feeling more energetic. Great mood when I wake up. Am more active. And am loving myself more and getting my life into shape (aka organizing apartment and cleaning car ect).

I will post the results tonight but am hoping for a double digit first week. I will happy no matter what and will celebrate every pound lost on my way to losing all 55 pounds.

Have a good day everyone and hope your day teaches you something you didn't already know smile.gif.

Way to go, Buddy!!! That is awesome!!! Remember that we tend to have bigger losses during the first two to three weeks. Don't be surprised if it slows down after that. Be glad you're a guy on your weight loss. We tend to lose it faster when we stick to the program and increase our exercise. I'm told it has to do with having larger muscle groups than women. Larger muscles burn more calories. I am glad that both men and woman can enjoy the cumulative effect of consistent effort towards a goal.

Keep going and you'll make it,

Will
