How much are we allowed to volumize?

I'm thinking it's okay though. One of the things I learned at Weight Watchers is that the fiber content enters into the mix, and veggies have tons of fiber.
It's a good question to post to the Dietitian though.

Use the freebies as much as you need to. Keep an eye out for your long-term lifestyle though. Do you actually see yourself eating massive quantities of veggies for years? Probably not. Don't worry about what you need to do for a little while during this weight loss phase.

Good for you.....eat up, veggies are really good for you. I have always eaten tons of veggies as well, even before starting jc.

Ink, I love Spaghetti Squash and I think it was Beluga or Sweet that taught me about putting SF Maple syrup on it with some cinnamon. YUMMMMMMMY!!!

Veggies do have calories, but not enough to put a large dent in your diet. I think as long as it takes the place of other things that aren't so healthy, keep loading up on the veggies. If you were to eat a whole bag of brussell sprouts and then still be hungry and go for some chips, then there is a problem. Good for you for making good choices!
