Getting frustrated and discouraged...

I'm getting a little discouraged and I was just wondering if anyone has dealt with similar problems. My first consult...I never got a phonecall at the scheduled time. Talked to my original sales rep, they rescheduled. My next 2 consults went fine. Now my JCC schedules me for a time, and she won't call me. Supposed to have my consult monday - no call. She rescheduled me for tonight - no call.
I'm beyond frustrated with this now. Sometimes she'll send me an email an hour after the fact....is there any way I can switch JCC's...I need to order food somehow.

Get on the phone right now and call 1-800-jennycare and let them know what is goiong on. Anytime you need help or want to change jcc's you can call them....24 hrs. You do NOT have to settle for being treated like this, we pay way too much money to be thrown off like that.
Let us know how it goes for ya, as I am certain they will accomodate you fully.
