Hello Everyone!

I am in the process of considering Jenny Direct. I am unsure though. I am trying to figure out costs and such. I suppose I should call to find out huh? smile.gif

Do you have any tips on exercise, meals to choose, desserts, etc?? Anything would help.

Well, let me see if I can help you. I have been on Jenny Direct for about a month. Of course, it is expensive, but everything out there is. The food is really good, the best I've tasted on any program. My consultant is very good, calls on time, goes over menu's, is supportive, works with my budget. I have found that overall it has been easier to stick with than I thought. I am 51 and my weight comes off very slowly so I have to be patient. My consultant has advised that I need to exercise 5 days a week for 30 mins. which also has not been as difficult as I thought. If you decide to join, I think you will be very pleased with the program. I would love to be buddies and keep each other supported. As for dessert, anything chocolate is wonderful! Hope this helps with your decision. Good luck and hope to hear from you again soon!!

Hi,
Some tips on the desserts, my favorite part of the plan!
Love the triple chocolate cheesecake and lemon cake. Avoid the chocolate cupcakes - way to dry.

I have not enjoyed the omelets for breakfast, love the french toast with the berries sauce, and like the cranberry almond cereal.

Hope this helps!

This is my fifth week on Jenny Direct. I'm 52 and I've lost 8 pounds. I'm very happy with the program. It isn't effortless, you have to walk 10,000 steps a day, but it isn't all that hard either. The food is very good and you get to eat every 3 or 4 hours. I like some meals better than others, but it is all pretty good. I switch my food order so that I eat a chocolate Anytime Bar before I go to sleep. That seems to help me not be so hungry at night.
