Well I am setting my second goal. My first goal was starting JC, been 10 weeks and I lost 7lbs.

Now my goal is to loose 10lbs by New Year! That gives me 8 weeks. I can do this!!! Anyone want to join me?

SWEET!!! We can do this!! We can help each other through this. I know I need it. The past few weeks I have just been down in the dumps. I need to change things up. I think I have gotten so bored with everything I'm just blah. So signing back up yesterday was my first step to get my motivation back up. Next step is Start drinking my water, water, water, water and more water. Plus it didn't help being that TOM for me this week. So I need to snap out of it!

I read your post about changing things up ... so that is my next step.

Sounds good...water and walking it is. I don't have one of those things that count your steps (yet) should get it next week with my JC package. It will be like x-mas early!

I will do my elliptical instead of walking for 30 min.

I got my water in 96 ounces, but I didn't get my "walking" in. My youngest had a music program. We had fun and he made me laugh and smile and was a good evening. I think it got me out of my funk I'm in. Feeling better today...so this weekend is hard core elliptical then! maybe even go for a run outside if it doesn't SNOW here.

Well you drank way more than I did girlie. I am aiming high today....gonna drink more than one glass...lol, jk. Getting my water in is certainly my main challedge, but I WILL DO IT!

I did really well this morning, I workout on my ellipitcal, did some ab crunches and worked out a lil with my weights.

So this weekend our goal is to get more walking in, ok? and me to get more water in. blink.gif smile.gif

Sounds like a plan. you did great with your workout!! Do you find that it is harder to drink the water since it is getting cooler out...ok it is here 41 today. I 've been drinking decaf unsweetened tea as my water...that is ok right? I had 60 ounces already it is 1:00 pm. I feel like I'm going to explode.

Yes more exercise this weekend. I will do this elliptical...hopefully I have a DVR show I can watch lol. or I'll jam to my Kid Rock to make it go faster. I lifted weights the other nights Ok 4lbs each but dang my arms are so sore now. lol I'm such a lousy upper body person I can't even do one push up. my 7 yr old can do 20!! He kicks my butt on the wii fit for those. But I hold the record for the Hula Hoops! Come on hips don't fail me now.

So ur a hooper? yay for you girl!!!

I find it difficult to drink water ANYTIME. I put lemon in mine sometimes to break up the monotony. Yes, tea does count btw. I just dont like drinking period! I can eat an entire meal w/out drinking a sip. My hubby has 2 refills to my none.

WHen I am on my elliptical I have to do something to kill time.....it is so boring to me. Do you watch the clock and think "how much slower can the time go....sheesh"...lol. I usually rock out to motley crue or bon jovi to make the time go faster. I also have been trying to tone up my arms, they are getting flabby since I have lost so much.

Ok, so I am going to drink drink drink til I feel like floating away...lol, and work out those arms.....WE CAN DO THIS!!!! by the time we are done we will have the buffest biceps ever tongue.gif . You would be amazed at how working the upper body gets the heart rate up and metabolism.

HERE WE GO LES........WE CAN DO THIS, YES WE CAN!!!!!!

@216 now

Down 10lbs by the end of the year sounds good to me!

Hard to believe there are only 8 weeks left in 2010.

You are not alone. sad.gif
Not sure what I'm doing wrong; push ups aggrevate my achilles tendon (former injury).

Perhaps, I should have included weight lifting in my earlier reply. LOL

Hey Melissa, how ya doing on your water intake? Me doing good I've tried to stay around 70 ounces and getting my vegetables in like my jcc said. little nervous tomorrow is my weigh in unsure.gif

I eased up on the elliptical and started lifting weights...granted only 4lb weights. my arms are so sore today i could barely raise them when I got out of bed this morning. I feel so old, but in the long run I know it will pay off and come off smile.gif
