Day 2 and Going Well So Far

It's not quite like winning the World Series, but when you are trying to modify behaviors and attitudes, any little victory helps. So, unless tonight Ben and Jerry kidnap me and force me to eat my weight in Chunky Monkey, I can put this day in the win column. That makes two good days in a row. Now I'll aim for a three-peat with a good day tomorrow.

Today's wins: (1) I exercised (2) I made good food choices (3) I stayed positive and confident.

Tomorrow will be a hectic and challenging day. The most important piece of the puzzle, for me, will be to get up early so that I can exercise before I rush off to work. I'll use all of the tried and true methods for making that more likely to happen than not. I'll lay out my workout clothes, running shoes, etc. tonight. All I'll need to do is roll from bed, into workout clothes, and walk to the basement. Sounds so simple doesn't it?

Sounds like you are off to a good start. With this attitude you will do quite well on this program. Good job!
