Day 2 and Going Well So Far

Today's wins: (1) I exercised (2) I made good food choices (3) I stayed positive and confident.
Tomorrow will be a hectic and challenging day. The most important piece of the puzzle, for me, will be to get up early so that I can exercise before I rush off to work. I'll use all of the tried and true methods for making that more likely to happen than not. I'll lay out my workout clothes, running shoes, etc. tonight. All I'll need to do is roll from bed, into workout clothes, and walk to the basement. Sounds so simple doesn't it?
