Happy Halloween!!! I mark the start of the holiday season with Halloween. My home has been chock full of Halloween candy for the past several weeks. My willpower/skillpower was pretty good until it started to get late. It seems that after 9 pm, I turn into a fun-sized candy eating zombie. Now I can put away the treats, and out of sight will help make them out of mind.

I need to get back on track, especially with the holiday season coming up full bore. I'm aiming to kick off a thirty day exercise plan tomorrow. I've signed up for a Turkey Trot race for Thanksgiving Day. I turn 49 in November and it has been my goal to be in great shape, physically, mentally, emotionally and spiritually. I was on my way, but slid backwards a bit over the past couple of months.

If you can offer any words of encouragement and tips to success, they would be very appreciated. I want this next 30 days to be the best ever!
