Hey! I've just completed my first week on Jenny and have lost 4.6 lbs! I feel awesome! but I'm having trouble not snacking. I know Jenny gives you lots of snacks but most of mine are fruits and yogurts and I'm not really a sweet snack person.
I'm craving salty foods sooooo badly. Does anyone have any suggestions on how to help curve these? Or some low cal salty snacks?

Thanks, EmmaKate

Hi my names Kierstin, and I'm new to Jenny Craig too. It's my second day on Jenny Craig, but when you go to see you counselor you should tell them that you like salty foods, and they'll give you snacks that you like. smile.gif

Hey! This is my second week here and my first week I lost 3.8lbs and I met my consultant today for the second time and I need less than 4 lbs to lose 10 lbs and I am so excited but yeah you should really tell your consultant because if you don't then you'll keep craving salty things and then you'll just break and over indulge on chips or something.

Sincerely,
Taylor
