Are there any plans to create an app that we can use on our cell phones?

There is a mobile Dining Out Guide for iPhone. But, that's all I've seen....I have taken pics of the calorie/substitution suggestions for my calorie level to have on my cell phone, too...in case I get stuck out and need to eat....I've also downloaded FatSecret's app, which has nutritional info on alot of JC foods.

I have the JC app for my iPhone, and I'm really not that impressed with it. The food tips don't seem to be much different from other apps. I just wish there was more to it.

I'd like to see an android app from JC. I have an ipod touch, so I've downloaded the iphone app to that, but most of it only works if I'm on wifi. Since there are now more android users than iphone users (watch out blackberry, we're gaining on you!), I would think JC would release something for all us android users.

I used myfitnesspal.com - they have all the JC food loaded in the database

I hate that paper log...

I personally use sparkpeople.com (SP), their website is more 'active' and their app, you can log food and exercise in a snap. I also have the BMF app, don't like it as much. I personally find the JC app (the dining out guide) useless because I live in Canada and a lot of the restaurants are American. I will log my food in SP and then enter it into the BMF software under the daily estimate.
