I despise any of the artifically sweeted cookies or desserts.  I cannot eat anything with artificial sweetner, I have a reaction to it like some people do with MSG.  Any suggestions?  Also, I do not like any of the shelf stable meals either, they all have a funny aftertaste to me.

good topic
how funny some of the things that are mentined I like
don't like sw chicken
too spicy orange chicken, chili with beans
like the chicken salad, even with all the onions in it
really like the chicken and beans
like the soft cookie, though it could be better, maybe I will put some pb2 on it

I do find oven heating is way better

4-24  Week 2-5.5 pounds
5-1 Week 3 -5 pounds
sperm whale brain 16 pounds
5-8   Week 4 -7 pounds
Month 1- 25 pounds
Lost a 2 year old
May challenge  continue exercise program until I am able to increase my walking time
May 15 -4 pounds  29 pounds
May 22 -6 pounds
May 27- -5 pounds  
Total loss 40 pounds
A 5 gallon water bottle

So far in June 15 pounds
6-19 49.7 pounds total
6-26 -6.2 pounds  makes bit a 5000 btu air condotioner-
55.9 total

June: no excuse month

I also wanted to add I like the pizza, not as good as dominoes, but ot gets me over that pizza craving

I wish that there would be less brocolli and red peppers, and more beans green beans and carrots :)
