First Goal - 145 lbs - Met 8/10/2010. Lost 24 pounds in 16 weeks, Average 1.5 lbs/week
Second Goal - Zap those last 10 pounds!!

How funny is that - the SWChick is one of my favorites! But you can keep the cheese mashed potatoes

I dont like ANY of the shelf foods....yucky yuck yuck, BUT I do realize some do, and some have no choice in the matter cuz they cant get the frozen ones delivered where they live.....so anyway, thsts what I have to say...lol

I don't like the chocolate chip cookie either. I would rather have chocolate chip cake, bar or muffin instead, and something that taste real, not like artificial flavoring.

I found the secret to the fish and chips is to cook it in the oven. I take it out of the plastic tray and put it on a cookie sheet and then flip it over about halfway through the cooking time. Makes the fish and the potato wedges nice and crispy. When I was on program before and used the microwave for this meal, it was soggy and gross.
