You will get those few pounds you put on off now you can do some concentrating on yourself. Eeeek a marathon, that always amazes me. I am NOT a runner nor ever will be unless I am being chased for my life. But I give people so much credit who have the dedication and stamina to participate in them, so good for you having that as one of your goals.
Never really thought of a bucket list I'm just in the moment and happy for where I am. You've given me something to think about
I wish you mucho success on your program focus and your bucket list !!!
Have a great day

Hey, I would love to join you guys in chat sometime. Might have to wait until I get a better computer. One of our goals after tax time....eek!! I so enjoy seeing everything messages and hearing what they have to say. It's so good to talk to people that are going through the same thing. Take care!!!

Thanks BH. That's how I started.....a few minutes on the treadmill. And then the minutes increased and now I'm running. Wow!! Well, I shouldn't say I'm really running. I'm not a runner. I'll run the marathon but definitely don't want to make a career out of it. heehee... It's just on my bucket list of things I want to say I did. ha! Hang in there girl and good luck with your goals. I KNOW you'll reach them. Just keep your eye on the prize....

Glad to hear you are back. I have a marathon on my bucket list too. I checked the half-marathon off my bucket list in early Oct. '10. I changed my bucket list to do a race every month, (5K or +). So far I've been doing that, had to do a virtual race in Dec. , I just couldn't match up with a race date. I was able to get in a race in Jan and have a race Feb 6th and 3 in a two week period in March. Hey if I do all three in the series I get an extra t-shirt. I have definitely gotten the race/race shirt bug. I figure if I do a marathon it will be next year, probably in the winter. I say if only due to my work schedule and because I am a penguin, really slow, so I kind of waddle.
