Good Morning All,

For the last few weeks I have been a mission to get this weight off. I have been Insprired, movtivated, even started seeing a new me.

This sunday was my weigh in.. I didnt go because of my sciatic nerve (which is killing me)

So I had this talk with myself (really the food demon) you know .. you should do WW. That way you can do portion control.

As I sat down at my desk monday morning I pulled out a Banana Nut muffin, had my fruit, and then started thinking.

Am I letting the Food Demon win because he (he has to be a male) knows that I am so close to my half way?

So I reprinted my menu.

Because I have extra food .. I planned my JC Day.

As I had my coffee I was thinking . WOW THiS COFFEE is good but also the WORD DIET gets me.

I get tired of DIETs.

But then all those talks with my JCC I remembered that this is a change in how we think , change in how we eat.

So I will keep you posted this week.

Good Luck on your Journey All.

So to close I almost let the Food Demon win BUT NOT TODAY smile.gif

Funny that you would ask that......he just got back a few minutes ago from being evaluated to see how bad his loss of abilities are. We have been waiting for this day for a longtime so his company can finally "show us the money"...lol (Jerry Mcguire)

He is doing real good though....thanks for asking smile.gif
