In my second week of JC...have tried a gazillion other crazy diets. Enjoying this program. I need a mindless program that tells me what to do. The gals at my centre are AWESOME and really doing well on the progam too. Very encouraging to see the program in process and working.

Apprehensive about weighing on Weds...not feeling like I am doing enough. We will see....wish me luck!

I'm a newbie as well, just finished week three. Almost 7 pounds down, would have been more if I hadn't spent a long weekend in NYC..and all that that entails! wink.gif At least I maintained for that week, know it would have been much worse had I not already joined Jenny!

Yeah, I get ya about going to NYC, used to go often, something about that city that never sleeps! Well, welcome to Jenny, and 7 # is a very good loss, so be proud, especially for maintaining that loss. Well done. Keep going! smile.gif

Hi, I'm really a newbie. This is my first day on Jenny and I'm very excited to be here. So Far, I feel so good. Just hung up with my consultant and I am ready to go! I read some posts and I know I am right where I need to be for encouragement. I hope as I go along on my journey, I can also be of some help to someone else. Thank you all! smile.gif

I am new to JC and I have 45 pounds to loose....have lost 6 pounds in 2 weeks WHOOP WHOOP smile.gif but I am a doubting Thomas and find it hard to believe I will loose all the weight I need to loose on this diet alone. Can you testify that it does work? ....how long did it take you to loose your 40? did you exercise much? I am not a big fan of exercise... I do takes walks once or twice a week but nothing to break a sweat. Kathy
