Thank you for all of your positive support on my last post.

This is my first time JC while having my period. Anybody have any suggestions on how to survive the weight in? More water, any special veggies or free foods, etc?

When it's tom time for me i drink lots of lemon water.....which acts as a diuertic (water pill) and helps eliminate the fluid, but not ALL. Also be sure you let your JCC know when its the tom so she can chart it as such...plus it doesnt look as bad when tracking your weight laugh.gif

Hang in there and dont let the scale get ya down, I always have a big drop the week after tom wink.gif
