Hello, I've decided that I need to get active in the forums to get some much needed help and give some help too and I know I need some accountability.

I hope I'm doing this right as I don't see any other challenges going on right now and would like to start and or be a part of one.

Is anyone else interested in doing a challenge before the holiday season starts? I don't want to be out trick-or-treating and blow it this year w/'Just one Tootsie Roll"...

Halloween is six weeks away and I'd like to have my weight off by then.

I know I only have fourteen pounds to lose, but really I've literally lost and gained over a hundred pounds trying to get this last bit of weight off and it's wrecking havoc on my skin all over my body and it just needs to stop.

I have four kids and a demanding husband, so that equals five kids with really no time to myself to even take a shower as someone is always in crisis.

So, I need to get serious and get this done and hope you'll join.

I'm at 149 and my goal is 135, so fourteen pounds need to go away and stay away like the inlaws.

I'm going to get there by #1. sticking to Jenny's food only, no wine, no junior mints, no dark chocolate because "it's good for me" #2 exercising... strength training 3 x's a week with cardio 3 x's a week... come **** or high water #3 being held accountable by posting results weekly

God Bless and take care, Sam. smile.gif

Sasue,

Check out the general area, we are doing a Biggest Loser, Halloween, Thanksgiving and Christmas challenge. It's listed as TBL challenge. Anyone can join so welcome. The Halloween challenge is a great idea, keeps me away from the screaming candy on the way in the grocery store. So join us, please.

Hi - I am with you! I need a challenge. I've been hovering at the same weight for about a month - 143. My goal is 135 and I haven't been able to get motivated. This is just what I need. I don't know how you find the time to exercise so much. I'm beat after work, so at most I get to the gym 2 times a week. I was thinking about taking a break from Jenny but I really want to get to maintenance. My weight last week was 143.2. I weigh in tonight. Thanks!

Weighed in yesterday -- stayed the same - 143.2. Better than gaining, considering. But, I'm off to a good start today. Got my week's food ready and a plan in place. I weighed in at 141 and change on my scale at home so that's a good sign. I haven't seen that number in a long time. Gonna follow the menu as much as possible and get more water and activity in this week. Hope everyone else is doing well.
