Oh Missy I certainly wasn't looking to leave this site, LOL---just curious, that's all. Nope, I love this little JC board, full of great folks, most of whom are more than willing to share their tips, advice, and support. If someone doesn't want to share...oh well. Movin' along here...
I'm too old to be learning a secret handshake, LOL! And I definitely am not into "exclusivity"---come one, come all, nothing to hide, a hearty welcome to everyone!
Which is just how it should be, I think!

Willpower Definition
Willpower is the inner strength to make decisions, take action and handle and execute an aim or a task, regardless of inner resistance, discomfort or difficulty or external influences. It is inner firmness, decisiveness, determination, resolution, persistence and the power to push towards any goal.

So sorry I am just now responding. I was locked out of my account for quite some time and I just totally kept forgetting to get the problem rectified.
What I did in my first week was eat exactly what was on the Jenny menu... EXACTLY! And I also worked out 6 days that week. Some days I was in the gym, others I was in my home doing cardio workout tapes. I actually had to stop for a while (I work on the road alot) so I gained about 10 pounds that I had lost back, but when I revisited what I did that first week of Jenny, I ended up losing 3 pounds in that one week. Don't cheat at all, stick strictly to the menu. But I don't know how much you have to lose. If you only have about 20 pounds or so to lose, you will not have such big losses like someone like myself. It will come slower. For me, after my 3rd week, I only averaged about 1 to 2 pounds per week which is what you want.

eg:
- Squats
- Lunges
- Sumo squats
- Ballerina squats
Or try a step class. They're GREAT cardio, so you'll burn fat in general, and lose fat, and up the inches lost in the legs.
I personally just picked up running in August, and I have lost TONS of inches in my hips and thighs.
Just a couple ideas. Hope they help!
Great! Thanks!
