A year ago I couldn't imagine having a "1" in front of my weight.

I couldn't fathom getting under 200lbs, much less anything else.

I couldn't truly believe I could be skinny and healthy.

Here I am, almost 130lbs later, and 20ish pounds from my goal weight, and I want to encourage all of you that you can DO it!!!! You can!!! And it doesn't even take all that long either, in the grand scheme of things!!!!!

One foot in front of the other, no excuses!! You can be the person you've always wanted to be instead of the person you've always been!!!

Looking at you, I can't believe you want to lose 20 more pounds!!! Where could you possibly lose that much from? I'm serious. You look incredibly thin and fit now. :)

You are such an inspiration to me! I am hoping for a goal weight of close to 200 lbs (6'1" and heavy build for me). Either way, its a 140 lbs weight loss and some days I feel like its so daunting. But I run onto your posts and am so so so encouraged! Thank you:)
