A year ago I couldn't imagine having a "1" in front of my weight.

I couldn't fathom getting under 200lbs, much less anything else.

I couldn't truly believe I could be skinny and healthy.

Here I am, almost 130lbs later, and 20ish pounds from my goal weight, and I want to encourage all of you that you can DO it!!!! You can!!! And it doesn't even take all that long either, in the grand scheme of things!!!!!

One foot in front of the other, no excuses!! You can be the person you've always wanted to be instead of the person you've always been!!!

Wow!! You are truly an inspiration. I have been floundering on the program for many months now. I have just made the decision to start over on the program and follow through this time. I have lost 92.2 lbs. Somehow, I have managed to gain the majority of it back. Reading your story has inspired me to get with it and stop wasting precious time!

Thank you.

Good for you!!! I logged on today for some inspiration and I have found it!!! I misbehaved yesterday a little... I had a salad with turkey and regular cheese.... I know... plus after work I had a few sips of red wine.

But on a serious note:

Jen, you're one of the biggest inspirations to me here if not Number ONE! You look so happy and fantastic and I know I will be just as happy and fantastic as you in not too long! smile.gif

Jen, just the post I needed this morning. My BFF is in recovery after WLS and I was in a sad and depressed mood... stories like yours prove there is hope for a non-surgical resolution to a lifelong problem. Thx!
