Stay motivated by imagining yourself in your favorite clothes, or size and keep picturing this image in your mind. Someone has on their signature "Nothing tastes as good as skinny feels". Do you have any pics of yourself at the weight you want to get back to? Post it on the fridge, the mirror, the computer monitor...whereever your eyes seem to gravitate.
I too, want to get back into my prepregnancy clothes...I have a favorite outfit hanging on the wall starting at me as I get up each morning...remembering how I loved to wear it and felt good in it.
Take each day...drink your water...eat when and what you are required and go go go...don't look back!
You can do it!

It sounds like you have all the motivation you need. You don't feel good with your body and you're wearing maternity clothes; the size jeans you bought is making you sick.
These are the feelings and visuals to keep in the forefront of your brain to keep you on track and making good decisions. In fact, have someone take a picture of you today, either at the JC Center or at home. Some people are motivated by a picture of a skinnier version of themselves. To me, a picture of my fat, unhealthy self is much more motivating.
The hard part comes when you start to experience some success and feel that you're looking pretty good! That's when the tendency to slip into old habits creeps up. Realize that you are only a few doughnuts or a greasy burger away from the path back to maternity clothes.
You'll do great because you are sick and tired. Good for you! Now just work your program and let us know of all your success!

I am in the same boat as you are. I had my second child in November 2009 and the baby weight just wouldn't come off. I tried so many ways to lose the weight but nothing. But then again I wasn't having the motivation I needed to do anything about it. I just started to go back to the gym and it feels so wonderful after I workout. It is hard for me to go for a walk with the baby because she always seems to need something. If I take her to the gym with me and leave her at the day care then it is so much easier. I hated fitting in my fat jeans and I would keep trying on less skinner jeans. Then one day they fit and I was so happy. I went down to the next size and of course didn't fit so I was so disappointed with myself but then I thought to myself that I am going to be determined to get back into those jeans. It is come along but it is a struggle to get there. You need to talk to yourself and keep telling yourself that you can do this and you will look wonderful at the end of this journey.
