i always said that i was never join jenny craig b/c i read in a book that it slows down your metabolism but, my family ( mom,dad,sister) said they are going to go back to it. last time they did this it lasted from september 09-march 10. while they did this i got stuck eating mostly bad stuff and few homemade food. im trying to loose weight as well as my dad and sister to the point that we even have a bet. I now am thinking about joining this to : 1 help me controll my food 2 equal the advantage that my sister would have. also if i was to do this i was planning to take a supplement to keep my metabolism running high. also i was planning to do workout dvds . is this the right program for me?
