100 Days of Weight Loss by L Spangle BEST advice

I absolutely bless the day I ordered Linda Spangle's book 100 Days of Weight Loss. I thought it might be fun to have all of you who also LOVE this book to list two (or more if you wish) of your favorite inspirations from the book. Here are my top two:

1. "Do it Anyway" -- whenever I don't feel like going to my Water Aerobics class a little voice goes in my head saying "Angela, do it anyway" and up, up and away I go!

2. "I CHOOSE not to" -- when I might want something off my plan and don't have it, instead of feeling deprived thinking I can't have this, I switch my thoughts to "I choose not to have this". Works for me -- I'm in control and I don't want to have that just now!

Hope we can keep this list going.

I just purchased this book, so I'm only a few pages into it, but so far I love it. I checked out her website and she had an idea there that I really liked about putting star stickers on the calender to see how you do each day. So far it's helped keep me from grabing a bite late at night because I don't want to have to replace my star sticker. laugh.gif
