1. "Do it Anyway" -- whenever I don't feel like going to my Water Aerobics class a little voice goes in my head saying "Angela, do it anyway" and up, up and away I go!
2. "I CHOOSE not to" -- when I might want something off my plan and don't have it, instead of feeling deprived thinking I can't have this, I switch my thoughts to "I choose not to have this". Works for me -- I'm in control and I don't want to have that just now!
Hope we can keep this list going.
