I think I might go bonkers, my scale just does not want to behave... I was so thrilled last Friday when I hopped on and it had me just below the giant 300 lbs milestone, now here I am on weigh-in day (having been a good girl all week) at 301.2. I just want to leave the darn 300s behind, it feels like it has been forever, even though I have been losing steadily. Trying to stay positive, and hoping that next week is THE week.

Just curious how others might have handled those on-the-edge moments, could use some encouragement smile.gif

You said you were a good girl...AWESOME! When your behaviors are on target, the scale will have no choice but to catch up.

We are asking our bodies to do alot; we've thrown them into a tailspin. They don't always work on the same timetable as our brain.

Judging from your success thus far, you're doing everything right. It's that 300 number that is phsyching you out. 300 is no different than any other #; it too shall pass wink.gif

Stay off the scale this week; follow the plan exactly and see what happens. You'll be pleasantly surprised for sure!

Congrats on your success!

Frana is so right--great post! Just keep going, we all have bodies and/or scales that flip all over the place. It is easy to get frustrated and discouraged. But, if you are following your JC plan, then, like Frana, mentioned the scale 'will catch up'. Much success is wished for you, keep positive and go after it, girl! rolleyes.gif

You will get it next week. Just follow your menu exactly and you will get it. I know how it can be frustrating sometimes to hope for a number and not get it. This week I have lost 29.8 pounds. I couldn't get that extra .2 to give me a round 30? My comment to my JCC was... oh well, I will get 30 next week. And I am fine with it. Any loss is a loss!
