I'm in the same boat! LOL....I've been off and on and really trying to stick with it....I would like an email buddy I can touch base with and give support to daily. I've got two kids (almost pre-teen), I am 41, I work, I have little time to ever exercise, and have a LOT of weight to loose, and think someone I could touch base with daily for support might be exactly what I need! Getting on here is so difficult, especially not getting email notifications to quickly link up and log in...

Hi CA Mama! I'd really like having an email buddy too. I also have a lot to lose. I set my goal as 100 lbs, but really could lose more than that. Just thought I would pick a number and then see how I felt when I reached my first goal. I'm 53, I'm a nurse with a crazy schedule - hard to get in exercise after a 12 hour shift.
