I've been in JC for about 6 months now, have lost 20 lbs and have 30 to go.

Hey everyone,
I also am a San Diego girl. I have lived the program and lost 137 lbs. on Jenny, now I continue to maintain and would love a walking buddy on Thursday's up in Carlsbad area. Any takers?

I always have a hard time finding my posts, but yea here it is again. I am close to La Mesa, in the San Carlos area. I have been going to the beach a lot because of the hot weather though. Had a set back last week, not enough funds for the program but went in today and am so happy to have my planned menu and to be back on track again. Anybody looking to do some jogging/walking around 330/4pm this week? Even just to meet up and be accounted for a workout would be nice!!

I, too, live in San Diego, am 57 and am trying to decide if this is a plan for me. With a full time job, a husband of 30+ years, four children and 12 grandchildren, I want to make sure I can keep up with them. I have not been able to 'stick' with other programs.......what makes this one differnent and successful(?). Just left a message for someone at the La Mesa office to call me back.

hello. i am trying o lose 20 more lbs. in 3 1/2 years i have lost 141 lbs. almost there. i work out at point loma 24 hr fitness every a.m. eating is 80% the battle and exercise helps it along. i will be your buddy. lets hold ourselves accountable. i am thinking of applying for a job as a consultant!!!! the positive atmosphere may help me.

I'm in North County (Cbad) and I don't need a buddy, because I have one. But I just wanted to chime in and say HEY to my fellow San Diegans. I'm fortunate to have a friend on JC and we work out together and talk about our menus, our ups and downs. It really does help to have a friend who you can talk to and exercise with. So if you can buddy up you should go for it!

Hi I live in UTC but work in Santee. I have been on Jenny since January and I am so thrilled with the program! I was scared when I hit halfway that I would lose motivation or find a reason not to continue, but I made it through the self-doubt and fear of actually achieving my goal - so here I am. I am lucky to live at an apartment building that has a fabulous work-out room overlooking a heated pool, so that's where you will find me most mornings or evenings. However, I love to speed walk the beach by Scripps, so come on down, San Diegans! Let me know and when is a good time and I will be there!

I work in Carlsbad and would love to have a walking partner. I have been on Jenny for one and a half months and have lost 18 pounds. But I haven't taken to the exercise part yet. I would love someone to walk with.
