Limited Food Question - Jello Mousse

I see under Limited foods I can have 1/4 cup of pudding... is this the same as one of those Jello Mousse deserts (the fat free kind?) My girlfriend says they are, and while I believe her, just making sure.
I want to stick to this as "by the book" as possible.
Also a question... is it okay to save my 3 limiteds for my nighttime snack? I tend to snack at night, and tonight for example I was supposed to have the following:
Yogurt
2 Fruits
Almonds (which im not having, not a fan of them or peanuts/etc..)
So what I had in one sitting while watching tv was the following
2 Jellos sugar free gelatins in a bowl with 2 Tbsp of fat-free coolwhip
Then I had a chocolate jello mousse (which i believe is my 3rd limited... as i had one of these after lunch today alsoi which was my 1st limited... the fat free coolwhip above my 2nd)
The Fruit for my "desert" i had earlier tonight at about 8pm while i was at a block party (i did well, didnt eat anything but some fruit at the block party)
Soooo am i on track here or am i going the wrong direction with these chocolate mousse (which i think is just like 1/4 pudding anyway)... and about saving my limiteds to "endulge" on at night?
