Hi. Olive and all others in this challenge:
here are my numbers for the week of 7/17-7/24:
7/17-zero
7/18-40 min (3ml w/leslie)
7/19-40 min (3ml w/ls)
7/20-45 min (3ml w/ls plus stretching with Joel Harper)
7/21-30 min (2 ml w/ls)
7/22-40 min (3 ml w/ls)
7/23-45 min (3 ml w/ls+her abs stretching)

I can feel and see the changes in my body but not on the scale. I am also starting to write down everything I eat but this weekend I have had cravings for Nutella-straight out of the jar!! So I am getting ready to do my walks w/leslie again, hopefully to counteract those extra calories from Nutella-maybe I should throw away the jar?

Thanks for doing this Olive!
Last week, I ended up exercising 6 days. I am about to go pop in my exercise dvd and start this week out right. This week is going to be my biggest challenge of the month b/c I will be sitting in training for the next 5 days. I am going to have to work hard to come home and exercise!

Sweating like a hog but very glad I did it. Now to drink lots of water, then head to the store for my week's supply of fresh veggies/fruit.

Bring at least 3 bottles of water to training w/you-keeps you hydrated AND awake!!! You will do great-the exercise really shakes off the stress of sitting all day long. Check out Joel Harper's chair exercises in the Real Age website-I do those every day after work (i pretty much sit all day) and it just totally relieves the stress and relaxes my back muscles.

Hello Ladies.....I did 5 days of Zumba this week! I even forced myself to go last night even though I'm not thrilled about the class. I figured it was better than sitting on the couch. I'm praying that my 8 week plateau will be broken this week. My 48th birthday is next weekend and I want to continue the journey of losing weight.

WOW! I'm lonely here. Where is everyone? Well, just stop in to say that I'm taking a 5 hr drive today. Taking my daughter to Hershey Park for the weekend. I hope the hotel has WiFi. I still haven't used the Wii Active. I wanted to start the 30 day challenge but I decided to wait until I return on Monday.
Ladybug 611 I'm going to go to YouTube and see exactly what Zumba is. I've heard of it but don't kmow what it is.
I hope everyone else is fine. I miss you
Olive

Hi everyone

This has not be a good week as I've fallen sick. I tried to work out a few times, but found myself completly exhausted. My cold is starting to lift alittle, so I'm hoping by the weekend, I can get some form of workout in.

Hope everyone is doing great!

Irelandclover I'm sorry you were sick. It was a bad weekend for me. I took my daughter to Hershey Park for 3 days. The Hotel did not have WiFi. That's why I haven't been around. Where is everyone?

Hi everyone, I started the Wii active on Tuesday. I go for a weigh in today. Sad because my scale says that Iive only lost a pound in a week. Fri-Mon we were at Hershey Park. Everyday I walk 16,000-20,000 steps. How much more execise can I get. come on.
There's a lot of people MIA on this thread. I'm going have to find everyone. I miss them.

It is nice...today i decided to walk in the swimming pool.....I needed some sort of change to my routine!

I have been in training this week, so it has been hard to keep myself motivated. But, I have to resist the temptation of not exercising!!!
