I was just looking around to see if any women needed another woman to talk to about Jenny or any topic at all. We are all on Jenny for the same reason. How we arrived may be a little different, but we are all here together just the same.
My name is Denise. I'm 43 years old. Been on Jenny before, but allowed myself to give up. I don't want that to happen again. I'm at my happiest when I'm doing the right thing for myself. I've been working out and I hope that I will continue to do this good. I hope my mind stays clear of all the chatter that goes on around me.

Hi......I am glad you rejoined jenny c............It does feel wonderful doing something to improve, help yourself. The rat race can sweep you up----------if you let it. Stay on YOUR plan for what is best in your life.....
Jenny C food/activity/mind approach is a part of my life at this point. Seem to keep me directed/aware of things that I never noticed before.
