10 pounds in July

Things to help me lose the 10 pounds in July:
1. Stay 100% on Jenny menu
2. 2 days of Pilates, 3 days of at least 30 min. of cardio
Do you think this is an achievable goal?
Height 5'5"
Start weight: 2/22/2010 186
Current weight: 167
Goal weight: 140
