10 pounds in July

So as you can see from my signature, I've lost 15 pounds in 18 weeks. Really, I lost the 15 pounds by week 11 and then fell on and off the wagon. My new motivation is to lose 10 pounds in July. 10 pounds in August. 10 pounds in September. That would put me at my goal weight.

Things to help me lose the 10 pounds in July:
1. Stay 100% on Jenny menu
2. 2 days of Pilates, 3 days of at least 30 min. of cardio

Do you think this is an achievable goal?
