SDG, Glad you had a great time in your spin class. It's fun how we support and push each other along even though we're not there.

Rocky Loss, great job! Keep up the activity and the weight will follow.

Julianna, The body has to catch up in different ways. Glad your staying positive and seeing the overall benefits.

My DH, dog and I finally got out in the kayaks, we went out for about 2 hours. It was the dogs first time, she was awesome, no fear what so ever. This is great news since it means we'll probably be going alot more often. I walked the dog for a mile and a half before we went kayaking. Then after dinner it finally cooled off and we had a sea breeze, so I put on my shoes and went for a 2 mile walk at a fast pace like I would in a race. I'm still slow even at my fastest but if I don't try I don't get any better. I'm hoping Wed I can get in a really long walk.

Hi Erin,

I have been on vacation and busy, busy, busy the last couple of weeks and am actually up 5 lbs so that puts me at 161 instead of 156. I know, I'm not supposed to go the other way but I'm fessing up here and I'm back on track and as motivated as ever. Not sure I'll get to my original Labor Day goal but closer is better than not at all.

I am down 3.5 lbs for week 8 - CW 156. Sorry for the delay, but we went camping and I refuse to try to access internet from my phone, I fat finger everything and can barely read it - too frustrating!! LOL!
Glad to see so much determination to stay on track! So much motivation!

SDG, I didn't get weighed in yetserday since I was a BAD girl last week and decided to cleanse myself this week. I will keep you posted on my loss at the end of the week for week 9.
