I was up 1.2# this week blink.gif . I was on track with calories and exercise to lose, and know that this is all fluid. My hands have been puffy enough that I needed to take off my rings (which have become LOOSE over the past couple of months). I am still determined to see the 130s by the 4th of July!

You can put me down for 0 loss this week.
I stayed the same, which I figured I would with the amount of random snacking I've been doing this week
I'll do better next week. smile.gif

Marchee, no loss is still no gain. You have had amazing weight loss so far, I am sure you will do fine this week.
How is everyone else doing? I had a few "woe is me" days, but am now back on track. Eating and exercise are important, but the mindset is what ultimately determines success.
Next weekend is 4th of July weekend! I hope everyone has a great week.

Hi Guys.....I'm still on my darn plateau. I went down .8 this week. I've started taking Zumba classes 3-4 times a week and weight training. Hopefully this will get me back on track. Enjoy the good weather ladies!

lost a little more to end up at 161.5. I may actually make this challenge, but even if I don't, I am still happy that the numbers are going down and not up!
Everyone is doing so well! I'm pretty impressed. Thanks for all the support and inspiration! These challenges really help me...it helps show me that I am not alone in my downs and ups in this! (Mostly down in weight with occassional ups!)
