Thanks SDG for the new thread and updates.
Everyone is doing really well. Holy cow, we've lost right around what I would ultimately like to weigh. And about the amount I want to lose. Yep I want to lose 1/2 of me. WOW!
One of my coworkers is very petite only 75lbs and I keep telling her that I'm going to loose her of my behind. She is great support for me and we work very well together. Since she is an artist and very visual she jokes how much of her is left. I told her she pretty much gone from the shoulders down.
eferr, Thanks I'm pretty happy with 49lbs in 22 weeks. How about playing like a two year old, run, jump, bounce around. Plus use the baby for strength training. The baby would probably have a great time working out too. I remember loving doing Jack Lalane with my mom back in the dark ages. Be prepared for your beby to think your really silly.
I do stick to plan pretty closely, I usually have a sugar free pudding in the evening, 2 limited foods. But I didn't start that till I got back to work at the garden center, which is alot of activity. I will probably switch to sugar free jello as the season slows down, that's a free food. clr825 is right water is key, keeps everything moving. Lately the hard part is remembering to eat since it has been so hot. Vary your workouts, so your body is confused then it will burn calories more efficiently. It also helps to have goals and a group to stay accountable to, tell people your goals and let them know how it's going. And not just virtually, tell your friends and coworkers. Hope that helps. Visualizing your loss really helps, how much does your baby weigh? I mean this nicely, an jokingly, lose the baby. I've already lost my dog. lol Robin is right, it's fun too.
So, staying accountable, walked 4 miles so far today. Planning MOMO for dinner. Plan on taking a dog for a long walk later. Have a good active night.
